By emailing us the work through our secure mailing system we work offline on our own software and email the work back to you.

Target Operating Model (TOM)

After collecting the data we require from step one, we work closely with your firm to design a blueprint that aligns with your business vision to determine an operating model from Day 1

Step Three

Integration Plan

– Evaluation and TOM are documented and fully agreed upon.
– Staff are assigned to the new work and the training process begins.

Transfer and Transition Process
